Installation FAQs
Do I need to be home for the installation?+
Ideally yes, at least for arrival (8–9am) and the final handover. If you can't be there, a neighbour or agent with access works fine — we'll send progress photos.
Will my driveway or paving be damaged?+
No. We protect every surface before work starts using boards and dust sheets. If anything is accidentally marked, our £5m public liability insurance covers it completely.
Can you remove my old gates?+
Yes! We can strip out the existing setup and take the old steel away to a licensed metal recycler. This is quoted as a separate, optional add-on during your survey.
What happens if the paint chips or flakes?+
We bake a zinc-rich primer and polyester powder coat onto every product. We guarantee this finish for 10 years against flaking or peeling. If it fails, we fix it for free.
